Meet Our Founder & Director

Mr. Ajay Kumar Pandey

Ajay Kumar Pandey is a passionate social entrepreneur and changemaker, dedicated to uplifting underprivileged communities and creating opportunities for a brighter future. Guided by the belief that “a single thought can create a new flight of possibilities,” he founded Soch Ek Udaan Foundation, a Section 8 Not-for-Profit organization.

His journey began with grassroots social work, where he closely interacted with marginalized families and understood the struggles of children deprived of quality education and basic facilities. These experiences inspired him to build an organization that nurtures not only education, but holistic well-being.

Under his leadership, the Foundation has:

  • Provided free education to hundreds of underprivileged children
  • Conducted awareness drives on health, hygiene, and nutrition
  • Launched initiatives for women empowerment and skill development
  • Built strong community programs for equal opportunities and sustainable growth

Ajay Kumar Pandey’s journey reflects resilience, dedication, and a deep sense of responsibility. His vision is to expand the Foundation’s impact across India — ensuring that no child is left behind due to poverty or lack of resources.

“Real change begins with a single thought — a thought that can take flight and uplift countless lives.”

Meet Our Director

Shreenath Pandey

Shreenath Pandey, a retired professional from AIIMS, has dedicated his life to the service of people. Throughout his career and social engagement, he witnessed countless individuals and families struggling due to poor health facilities, misinformation, and lack of timely care.

He has seen how health issues not only weaken the body but also push people behind in life — taking away their dreams, opportunities, and dignity. Watching people move helplessly from place to place in search of treatment left a lasting mark on his soul.

These experiences shaped his belief that health is not just about hospitals or medicines, but about awareness, prevention, and the dignity of life.

With this conviction, he joined Soch Ek Udaan Foundation as Director, bringing his wisdom, compassion, and decades of experience to guide its mission. His dream is to ensure that no one is left to suffer in silence or struggle alone due to lack of health awareness or access.

For him, this is not just social work — it is a life mission, born from years of witnessing pain, and transformed into a resolve to bring hope, care, and healing to the community.
