Ajay Kumar Pandey is a passionate social entrepreneur and changemaker dedicated to uplifting underprivileged communities. Inspired by the belief that “a single thought can create a new flight of possibilities,” he founded Soch Ek Udaan Foundation to drive positive change through education, healthcare, women empowerment, and community welfare.
From grassroots social work to leading a growing Section 8 organization, Ajay’s journey reflects resilience, compassion, and a deep commitment to building equal opportunities. Today, his vision is to expand the Foundation’s impact across India—ensuring every child and family has the chance to grow, thrive, and succeed.
